A seal is a short-duration spell that paladins can use to increase their effectiveness. Seals are cast instantly and only affect the paladin. Additionally, you can only have the effect of one seal active at a time. They have a variety of different effects, so much of the strategy in playing a paladin lies in choosing the right seal for each situation. In addition to their enhancement effects, their energy can be released with the Judgement spell. This ends any remaining duration on the seal, but inflicts an effect against your target. The type of effect caused depends on the particular seal that is released.
