How do I open chests or lockboxes?

There are two different types of locked items in the game. The most common type of locked items come in the form of chests and lockboxes. In order to open them, you will need to be a Rogue with Lockpicking of the appropriate level, a Blacksmith with a Skeleton Key of the appropriate type, or a Seaforium Charge crafted by an Engineer with skill at the appropriate level.
