How do Shaman totems work?

Through class-specific quests, a shaman can gain special totem items that they keep in their inventory. These totems allow the shaman to cast totem spells from the four elements that will damage their enemies, or heal and enhance their group mates. However, a shaman can only use one of each totem from each element at the same time. This means that you will need to make wise choices about which totems to use in different situations. Ask your group mates which totems will benefit them the most.
