Where can I go for World of Warcraft support?
Our Support site is completely dedicated to World of Warcraft support. The site has sections for billing support, technical support, and in-game support. Billing issues include account management, password, and payment issues. Technical support focuses on connection issues, crashes and errors, and video and sound issues. The in-game support section focuses on how the GM staff can assist with any in-game issues you may encounter, such as bugs, quest and character problems, and player disputes. At the support site you can also find contact information for Blizzard support staff.

What is a Game Master (GM)?
In World of Warcraft, Game Masters (GMs) are members of our customer support department who are responsible for assisting players in-game with questions regarding gameplay and/or technical issues. To request GM assistance, you can use the in-game help system.

Are you continuing to create additional content for World of Warcraft?
Yes. We are completely dedicated to evolving the world with additional content. We have released many major content patches that have each added many new quests, items, dungeons, class updates, and other features to the game. World of Warcraft has an active in-house development team dedicated to providing new content on a regular basis.

What are you doing to prevent cheating?
World of Warcraft has many features specifically designed to detect, identify, and prevent cheating and hacking in the game. We also have a dedicated team that actively monitors and scans the game for the use of cheats and exploits regularly. When we have identified cheaters, we have taken aggressive action to suspend or ban their accounts. Creating an environment of fair play that is free of cheating is very important to us and we are constantly investigating ways to make the experience of our customers better and more secure.
