To help with the most common guild creation issues please remember the following:

If a person signs your charter and then signs another charter or joins another guild it will cause your charter to fail and your charter to be lost.

If your charter failed due to "Guild Name Already Exists", the name could have been registered after you bought your charter. Please check and see if it still says it is available.

Please ensure that your Guild Charter is in your main bag. At the moment the Guild Masters will not search all your bags for the charter.

If you have confirmed that these items were not the case, then please submit a petition; you may have your charter fee reimbursed if we can successfully verify your loss. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
