Tremor totem sends out a pulse every five seconds that wakes up group members within range from a sleep, charm, or fear.

This includes -

Any non-boss induced sleep effects.
Mob fear effects
Mob charm effects
Warlock Fear
Warlock Howl of Terror
Priest Psychic Scream
Warrior Intimidating Shout
Succubus Seduce
Magmadar's Fear
Onyxia's Fear
Nefarion's Fear

However, Fears commonly remove you from the area of effect of the pulse. So..there's a lot of argument.
